- Operating Authorities: FMCSA MC/MX/FF number, US DOT number, safety ratings, and operating status.
- Fleet & Equipment Specifications: Equipment type (e.g., Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Hotshot, Box Truck, Power Only), trailer lengths, max payload capacities, and preferred lanes.
- Billing & Factoring Records: W-9 tax forms, Certificates of Insurance, factoring company details, Notice of Assignment, and direct deposit voided checks for freight settlements.
- Technical Usage Data: Anonymized server logs, browser types, and timestamp data gathered automatically during website visits for security and performance optimization.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used strictly for legitimate commercial freight dispatch operations, including:
- Submitting approved broker setup packets on behalf of your motor carrier authority.
- Negotiating freight rates with verified shippers and freight brokerages.
- Signing rate confirmations under your specific authorization.
- Routing signed Bills of Lading (BOLs) to your factoring provider for rapid 24-hour pay processing.
- Communicating load assignments, check calls, detention tracking, and route instructions.
4. Strict Zero-Spam & Non-Disclosure Guarantee
We will NEVER sell, lease, or monetize your carrier data, phone numbers, or email addresses to third-party marketing brokers or lead generation companies. Your contact details and MC records are utilized solely for the management of your freight loads and dispatch administrative tasks.

All onboarding documents, certificates of insurance, and rate confirmations are transmitted via encrypted SSL/TLS protocols and stored in access-restricted digital environments. Only authorized dispatch coordinators and corporate administrators have access to your carrier records.
6. Third-Party Disclosures
We share carrier documentation exclusively with:
- Licensed, FMCSA-registered freight brokers and direct shippers for the explicit purpose of securing loads under your carrier authority.
- Your authorized factoring institution or banking provider for invoice processing and compensation.
- Federal, state, or law enforcement authorities only when strictly mandated by legal subpoenas or FMCSA compliance statutes.
7. Your Rights & Data Deletion Requests
Under Georgia and applicable federal privacy regulations, you have the right to request access to the information we hold regarding your carrier company, request corrections to erroneous records, or request complete termination and deletion of your profile upon conclusion of our dispatch agreement.
